3D & 2D Geospatial Vector Data Capture

In collaboration with Dubai Municipality, this project contributed in advancing the city's GIS infrastructure by capturing and updating 3D and 2D geospatial vector data. Using high-resolution aerial photography and orthophotos, this project enriched the GIS Center's multi-feature geodatabase, ensuring precision and reliability in Dubai's geospatial data. The updated vector data supported a variety of applications, enhancing decision-making capabilities across government operations.

Provision of Aerial Photography Services for Al Ain

In collaboration with Al Ain Municipality to deliver high-accuracy aerial survey imagery and geospatial data. This project involved capturing, processing, and delivering high-resolution aerial imagery covering the entire emirate. This comprehensive dataset enables efficient urban planning, infrastructure development, and resource management, empowering the municipality to shape a reliable and sustainable future.

Procurement of Satellite Imagery and 3D Vector Mapping Update using Aerial Photography

In collaboration with Al Ain Municipality, this project aimed to elevate the quality of the existing basemap data while capturing new or previously missing information. By leveraging high-resolution satellite imagery, aerial photography, and orthophotos, the project focused on updating the 3D vector geospatial database. Advanced AI-driven methodologies were integrated to automate data capture and ensure precision. This effort reflected a commitment to innovation and accuracy, enriching Al Ain’s geospatial data for enhanced urban management and planning.

Dubai Base Map Update (Phase 1 & 2)

In collaboration with Dubai Municipality, this project focused on enhancing and standardizing Dubai’s basemap data to ensure accuracy and accessibility. It involved verifying and updating the locations and attributes of municipal assets. Asset data was captured using GPS-enabled devices and integrated into a unified database schema aligned with Dubai Municipality’s metadata standards. The project also extended to include stakeholder assets and updated vector data for the Emirate. Furthermore, high-resolution aerial imagery was produced to support urban planning and development, providing a reliable geospatial resource for the Municipality and its stakeholders.

3D & 2D Geospatial Vector Data Capture

In collaboration with Dubai Municipality, this project advanced the city’s GIS ecosystem by capturing and updating 2D and 3D topological vector layers using high-resolution orthoimagery. The processed spatial data was integrated into the GIS Center’s enterprise geodatabase, improving spatial accuracy, feature attribution, and analytical readiness to support data-driven governance and smart city planning.

Provision of Aerial Photography Services for Al Ain

In partnership with Al Ain Municipality, this project delivered high-precision orthoimagery and geospatial datasets covering the full extent of the emirate. Through aerial triangulation, orthorectification, and geodatabase integration, the outputs enhanced spatial data accuracy, enabling optimized urban planning, infrastructure analysis, and sustainable land resource management.

Procurement of Satellite Imagery and 3D Vector Mapping Update using Aerial Photography

In collaboration with Al Ain Municipality, this project focused on enriching and updating the existing basemap by identifying data gaps and capturing missing features. Using high-resolution satellite imagery, aerial photos, and orthorectified products, the 3D vector geodatabase was enhanced with AI-assisted feature extraction and automated classification. The integration of intelligent geospatial workflows ensured data accuracy, positioning Al Ain’s GIS for smarter planning, asset management, and spatial analysis.

Dubai Base Map Update (Phase 1 & 2)

In collaboration with Dubai Municipality, this project enhanced and standardized the Emirate’s basemap by validating spatial accuracy and enriching asset attributes. Municipal and stakeholder assets were surveyed using GNSS-enabled field tools and mapped into a centralized geodatabase aligned with Dubai Municipality’s metadata schema. The scope included positional correction, schema harmonization, and attribution refinement. Additionally, high-resolution orthophotos were generated to support spatial analytics, urban planning, and infrastructure development, reinforcing the geospatial foundation for cross-departmental decision-making.
